Starmcom Ltd, was established in Rwanda in 2010. It was registered in Kigali as private limited liability company, and over the years has grown and was subsequently established in Kenya and Burundi. We also have presence in Uganda, Tanzania and UK through Alliances and Partnerships with reputable firms and consultants, giving it us Regional and International presence. Starmcon provides Advisory, Managing consulting, and Training in Accounting, Business, Investment and Tax. Starmcon works to improve organisational and people performance in government, International organizations and Private business, and has consultants with a special focus in not for profit and Small and Micro Enterprises.
